thunderbird global mindset inventory
"A scientifically based instrument that has been used to collect data from thousands of respondents working for global organizations in many countries. The instrument has strong scientific properties and has been developed through a rigorous scientific process."
I took the inventory at the beginning and the end of my program to compare my scores to see how I was able to grow my mindset. The first time I took it my highest score was Social Capital with a 2.66. My second was Psychological Capital with a 2.52. My third was Intellectual Capital with a 2.4. As you can see all of my scores have significantly increased by over a point and my weakest category is now my strongest.

This chart breaks down the dimensions that are associated with each of the categories. When I first took the inventory none of my scores ranged from 1.67 to 3.8. Following the program my scores range from 2.67 to 4.2.
A score of 4 or higher means that you believe you are good at that dimension, although there are still things you can do to improve. A score of 3 to 4 means that you are pretty good at that dimension but need to get better at it. A score of 3 and below means that it is urgent for you to think seriously about a plan to improve that particular dimension. |
